Internal polling is what campaigns follow. If this was within 3 points either way they both would’ve been in Iowa and their surrogates would’ve been there too. Harris and her surrogates and Trump and his surrogates have not been in Iowa. Their internals are telling them that it’s not close and worth investing the time.

This poll would have you believe that there was a 10 point shift from Trump to Harris.

Baris reported months ago that she also buried a Trump +19 poll when Biden was still in the race this summer.

It would be a very simple thing for some political consulting firm to pay them to release a poll with narrow metrics
To try to get as most desired or result as possible in fact they could have paid four different polling organizations to put a poll out in Iowa just to get this kind of response to have misinformation to spread
I've done this very thing albeit not in a presidential election
but this is so easy to do and there are so many different organizations out there that will do polls and if you Pay for it you can decide whether to make it public
