Don’t worry guys, they’ve taken care of the problem.

She was reassigned and is not in charge anymore.

Not fired, just reassigned. I’m sure she’s learned her lesson.

Can we just abolish FEMA already? Is it worth it for a $700 check if you lose your home in a disaster? How many people around here really got help from them after the 2016 Flood or Katrina?

Giant money laundering scheme.

I got a check for $228,000 in November '16 from the NFIP underwritten flood insurance policy I held. I was helped by FEMA. They were slow to offer me a trailer, but I was very happy with the insurance settlement.

Also, I'd like to add that the process of getting a SBA loan (used it to buy furniture as I didn't have contents insurance) was super quick and easy.

no one in charge knew anything about?

LOL

Was the entire staff made up of democrats? I guarantee a Trump supporting staff member would have ran this up the chain. It is inhumane, and obviously very disturbing. As a Trump supporter, I can't imagine this thought process. These people had just go through hell....and FEMA was playing politics. If this is true, why was it withheld until after the election? I can assure you, if I were on staff of Fema, and the roles were reversed and I was given directive to not help any Harris supporters....I would have helped them anyway. It is called being a good human being.

Almost as disturbing as the initial action of skipping over Trump supporters is the fact that FEMA;s reaction was to simply remove the employees from leadership positions instead of immediately terminating them.

FedGov is a disgrace right now.

Yes it did. They are not liberals in the true sense of the word, they are communists in sheep’s clothing. I know that is the Christian way to forgive them, and know that is what I must do, however they are going to keep ratcheting up their actions against conservatives until FORCED back into their caves. They need to be outed and dealt with; made examples of.

Actually, we should.

All of its functions could be handled by the military.

I’m surprised they haven’t tried to rationalize it by saying, “well those people are dangerous, gun-toting Nazis so we were just looking out for the safety of our employees “….
