I am parked here at a walmart in my truck, waiting for my wife to come pick me up in a little while.

Just over here at the gas pumps, there is a biker, with a very nice custom chopper getting some gas. He absolutely looks like a skinhead.
A pick up pulls into the pump next to him,and an old black man in overalls gets out,and walks over, and starts admiring the bike, and they both are grinning and having a good conversation.
This lasted about 15 minutes, they shook hands and the biker rode off.

Pretty refreshing, considering some of the narrative from different sides nowadays.
It's a good thing that everybody doesn't buy it.

So, how did you know the guy was a skinhead? Because he looks like a skinhead?

Racism in this country is overstated by the race baiters and their partners the MSM.

If it werent for the fake media, I honestly think we could all get along just fine. Not that there will never be tensions, but it would be 10x better.

He said
quote:

He absolutely looks like a skinhead.
Not "he was a skinhead".

Don't be a dumbass and foment hate. The OP was actually making a great point. Don't judge a book by its cover. All races and creeds can find a common ground. Like those two opposite looking guys both liking motorcycles.

For frick's sake man.

What I'm saying is - the man profiled another man because he thought he looked like skinhead.

Why even say skinhead?

Why just say, a white dude with a nice bike talking to a black dude about said bike?

Looks like someone is quick to assume another person's character based on how they look...

Fear motivates hate

Ol man Overalls ain't scared, he's seen some real shite

"Skinhead" was either completely disarmed by Overalls' genuine personality, or more likely wasn't a skinhead at all, and was just a biker trying to enjoy his day like everybody else, shooting the shite about gear

I said " he looked like a skinhead" which is the whole point.
Judging people up front by appearance, isn't productive.

Despite having a more legitimate reason to

I had a similar but shorter conversation with an old black guy a couple months ago

Was filling up at a gas station and he was asking me about my car and talking about rims

Well,I'm not sure the old man likes motorcycles that much, but it was obvious that he appreciated the craftsmanship.

A normal black person interacting with a "dangerous looking" white person isn't typically a problem, based on statistics.

That klansman obviously hypnotized that poor gentleman of color with his evil white privilege. I literally can't stop crying about this, y'all.

I see black people and white people talking everyday. The nation isn’t as racially divided as the media or the Poli board makes it out to be.

He was painting the picture. Is it hard to understand how the appearance of the white guy was a key part of his story?

Are you also upset that he assumed their gender?

I understand what you are getting at,but there are also other factors on the other side of the statistic, such as location of interaction.

I know plenty of black guys that look dangerous, but they aren't at all.

Exactly. Things like the OP story happen in my town all the time. The government and media wants us divided and they do that by manufacturing "racism stories". Divided we can be controlled, that's what they want.

This. Most of the old black folks were hard workers and strived to be contributing citizens. I myself will hold the door open for an elderly person of color but no way is hood queen getting the same courtesy.
