There is a lot of evidence that the constant theme of = "cops are inferior beings - you should take every opportunity to insult them - make their jobs much harder than it needs to be"
Cops are people too - most are trying their best to do the job as well as they can
Then along comes some preppy tart who wants to 'make a scene' an "out fox' the cop.
shite happens - faro.

But if a cop gets butthurt, he's allowed to turn violent?
Yes.
It’s turtles all the way down:
CITIZEN: Am I being arrested?
COP: Yes.
CITIZEN: For what?
COP: For RESISTING arrest!
CITIZEN: I’m not resisting arrest.
COP: YOU ARE NOW! …proceeds to beat citizen into a bloody pulp with a baton.

And actually, upon re-listening, it's even MORE pathetic. He's primarily pissed she won't FULLY open her window
Cop is lying. Video proves that. Yes, she cracked the window. Then lowers it 1/2 way. Cop says she 'cracked it', then 'lowered it another half inch'.
The windows weren't tinted. He had full view of what was in the car. We see this as he opens the door. Window is fully transparent.
He didn't like some teenager giving him sass. The girl 'dissed' him. That's the story.
I'm betting this triggered his PTSD from High School. where getting ignored by girls was all too common.

Since some people like "context" so much, I want to ad some to the constant lie told by cops regarding traffic stops. "Traffic stops are the most dangerous thing we do".
THIS IS A LIE. Not only is it a lie, THEIR OWN BEHAVIOR tells you that they know it's a lie.
1. There are about 20 million traffic stops a year. There were 272 TOTAL LE deaths in 2022(which was a very bad year). But this includes 89 COVID, accidents, etc. Even if you assumed EVERY other death was related to a traffic stop(a silly assumption).......traffic stops would pose about a 1 in every 200K risk of death. You know who is at the greatest risk of physical harm during a traffic stop? The person being stopped! BY A WIDE frickIGN MARGIN!!!!
2. They tell you it isn't that bad with their own behavior. If they GENUINELY believed traffic stops were that dangerous, a whole host of behaviors would disappear. Pretextual Stops. Towns that do it 100% for revenue. A ton of other VERY marginal reasons for stop. Etc etc.
The bottom line is that traffic safety isn't even the #1 reason police engage in so damned many traffic stops.

OR - go get a job as a cop and show them all how to do it perfect EVERY TIME.

But not to worry. Chinese assures me that this is just an example of him not being "perfect".
We shouldn't expect such "perfection" from the people pulling us over.

How easily all of this could have been avoided.
I don't feel sympathy for either one of them.

Jesus Christ. Do people like you listen to yourself? And you think of yourself as "conservative"?
Only ONE of those 2 people is required to be a trained professional. Only ONE of those 2 people even WANTS to be having the interaction.
quote:This whole line is just stupid. Cops letting their butthurt cause them to get violent "makes their job harder than it needs to be". Cops refusing to know the fricking law themselves "makes their jobs harder than it needs to be".

Just a normal fricking human would recognize, "yeah, when I pull people over, it's already a shite day for them..........they're probably not gonna be sunshine and rainbows".

Then along comes some preppy tart who wants to 'make a scene' an "out fox' the cop.
She DID outfox him. She wanted to know........and I know I know......she's such a horrible human for wanting to know...........WHY SHE WAS PULLED OVER! The fricking nerve!!!!!

Pretending these 2 bear equal culpability is just insane.
The girl wanted to know why she was pulled over.
SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THE frick POLICE OFFICERS ARE CLEARLY BEING TRAINED TO REFUSE TO TELL UNTIL THEY GET ID?
But moreover. Please explain to me that even if you were trained to be this retarded, you could think "getting violent" is the logical follow on to "girl wants to know why she was pulled over".

Like he told her, all she had to do was cooperate and she would’ve been let go with a warning…
People are too stupid to realize this..

Seriously. This is the level of stupid standing on the blue line? Good lord.
Imagine actually justifying being a grown man who gets violent with a woman because she wants to ask a question that WOULD BE SUPER SIMPLE FOR YOU TO ANSWER!
Or, are you too stupid to recognize that there are different variations of failing to cooperate?
The man got violent with a citizen...........because they wanted to know why they were pulled over sooner than he FELT LIKE telling them.
frick you people. If he did this to my daughter, the law or the internet would NOT be his primary concern thereafter.

I was expecting far worse than what actually happened. I was expecting her to have been picked up and slammed into the ground hitting her head and everything. She was drug out of the car. No idea what was said to escalate the situation so quickly. Maybe he was behind her for miles and she wouldn't pull over leading up to it?

I ain't pretending shite. There was a higher ground to be taken and neither sought it out.

Lets reserve the rope for something a bit more than this. The officer was dismissed as he should have been. The girl should also
be able to sue him.
It is a real shame that criminals roam free while citizens are pulled over for driving 37 mph.

But, ya know.........every now and then. Gary Plauche comes along.

Find a rope and a tree for these tyrants. It won't end until that happens.

Literally ALL that had to happen is, "miss, I pulled you over for speeding" and blammo, no violence.
But let's be honest. He was ALREADY pissed because she only cracked her window. WHICH IS WHAT LITERALLY EVERYONE WHO IS EVER PULLED OVER should do.
