I wonder, at what point in time do you consider a "draft" of healthy/recovered people, to train and prep for essential services- utilities, healthcare, etc? Are we talking >50% infected, or what?
Serious question.
Because losing power for an extended period of time for any modern country due to this is a game-changer; that government is toast.
If we have to take over infrastructure of any country to save it, we should absorb it.
