Yes different points of views are difficult to deal with when you are an attorney.

having a different point of view is one thing. intentionally trying to muddy the waters, trying to change the subject/issue and general intellectual dishonesty is something else.

sometimes you have to just bang the table

i'm happy in my job though because every once in awhile you get the client who really did have their rights trampled or didn't do it and the satisfaction from helping them more than makes up for the drudgery of the rest.

When you have the facts, argue the facts

When you have the law argue the law

When you have crap....See the quote above!!!!

I applaud those who fight for the truly innocent in the justice system. I know that is not your job, your job is to argue the law not truth. I imagine when arguing the law happens to be on the side of truth it must be very rewarding.

Why in the frick would they not? That would be fricking stupid.

Hmm. Straw man. I would anticipate running against Obama's "accomplishments" with an aim to killing or mitigating them.

In 2008, if you didn't know better, you'd have thought the Repub nominee was Bush.

They might of been upset because it was working. I imagine a lot of people were upset because Obama was leading in the polls, their anger was more based on that fact.

I guess you and tigerlaff are so ignorant that you honestly believe a few posts on a message board qualifies you to make an assessment of someone's intelligence. pathetic

A few posts? I see why you didn't go into accounting, but that would mean you would have to be at least half honest.

Good lord. Two over-geralization stereotypes in one sentance. Sad really.

Obviously not everyone on this board subscribes to the same thought. And hypocircy isn't limited to "the right in general".

If you want to make an argument, it's best not to start from a fallacy. You're basically arguing against a cariacture. It's not making your case, nor making you look very smart.

I mean really, is it any wonder no one wants to engage in "real conversations" with you? You're apparent desire to feel above everyone else appears to be little more than a sad source of self-esteem.

I could be wrong though.

Well lets think about what kind of shape the country will be in then...........

the being in the office of POTUS for two F-ING TERMS will usually get some kind of
Responsibility for that. No matter who or what it is.

AND so what if the GOP runs against this obama fool in 2016?

EVERY presidential candidate has done that against the sitting president.

Wouldn't you agree that this obama fool has been an abject failure?

Assuming hillary is the rat nominee, she would be a continuation of this obama fool. AmIrite?

Are you implying that the GOP are 'wacist' if they do make this obama clown one of the major issues?
