re: WSJ: Friend Rejects Claim That Ford Helped Her on Polygraph Test
Posted by shattersfull on 10/3/18 at 10:34 am to GRTiger
If she worked for the fbi and she admitted to being coached for her entrance fbi polygraph when in fact she would of had to deny it during her fbi polygraph she knows this would be a shite storm.
In essence she would be admitting she lied during her applicant polygraph which the fbi would then have to look at all her dealings in every case she was involved in. Any defense attorney would be loving her being involved in any old case.
She can not admit she was coache ever under oath because for a fact she has demied it in her applicant polygraph.
So she has way more incentive to deny this than some ex lover. It’s her whole career that could be called into question.

She has to deny it.
If she was given a polygraph one of the questions asked prior is have you been coached or read up on how to defeat the process. She clearly had to say no to pass said test. [i know this because I have taken a few]
Now if she swears saying she did take measure to prepare for the old test her old job that she took and passed the test would have some serious problems.
If she worked for Doj etc and they found out she lied and passed her initial polygraph with this question her career is over and tarnished.
What do you expect her to say, oh yeah I took steps to beat my old polygraph?

Why the frick isn't the FBI breaking down the fricking doors?
Thinks about this.
How would it look if the only reason the FBI started this whole investigation was because of the "Dossier"
Now we find out that the "Dossier" was a fraud and brought about to bring down or diminish Trump.
If this is the case, how does that make Comey look and the FBI? It shows they are incompetent as hell and goes to tarnish their high held reputations of themselves. The public for some reasons regards the FBI as brilliant and all knowing in regards to investigations. This is because of their brilliant PR strategy. With that being said, their whole PR campaign and that of Comey would be demolished if they were hood winked by the Democrats with this fake Dossier. They both have reasons to protect this from getting out, if it holds true that the dossier was written by democratic operatives. How foolish would Comey look? How foolish would the FBI look?
All their chips are in. We shall see.
re: Why are detectives and police allowed to lie to suspects but flipped is illegal?
Posted by shattersfull on 5/27/17 at 2:19 pm to Antonio Moss
You won't be committing perjury but it is a crime to lie to a federal agent!
So yes it can lead to more charges but they won't be perjury.

re: So is there agreement that Alleva blew this in every imaginable way?
Posted by shattersfull on 11/28/15 at 11:12 pm to CarrolltonTiger
I agree if you keep your mouth shut, however when you pop off like Ronnie Anderson did to a reporter you need to share in some responsibly that is the national shite storm. Which hurts recruiting.
As a BoS you know what you are doing when you seek out a certain reporter to spew shite. He tried to big ball it and got bit in his arse as sentiments turned or they couldn't get their man if you believe what some are saying.

Alleva said he would make a decision at end of season. He did. If you want to vent how about Venting at the BoS boys like Ronnie Anderson who put it in the papers that really stirred this crap up nationally. The ones who created serious doubt in our recruits heads. Alleva is a puppet for the good ol boys with more money and ego than sense. It backfired on their arse.

I don't disagree that he was coming off as a blow hard yesterday, but also don't see him trying to take any "credit" for anything.

Grand juries are supposed to indict.
Wrong you really don't know what you are talking about. Sadly most people don't.
quote:
Yet, for obvious reasons, the officer was put through the torment of facing indictment.
Wrong again, it gets all the facts out there and actually protects the officer in future hearings in the federal system and it allows the topic to be dropped by the state.
quote:
the prosecutor failed in his duty to protect the rights of the accused when there was not enough evidence to suggest a conviction at trial would be forthcoming.
Wrong again. The Grand Jury isn't a one way street. It also protected the rights of the "Accused" as you would put it the police officer. It guarantees that the officer can't be brought up on state murder charges later in the event that a political hack does become DA.
You really aren't very educated on this process. It is OK because after listening to the talking heads last night it is clear most aren't.
I guarantee you that he officers attorney welcomed the grand jury.

Why are some people so against it?
Because it is not free.
Just because someone wants something, that doesn't constitute a "right".
I am not against women buying whatever they want concerning contraception, just don't ask me to pay for it.
Why is that so hard for anyone to understand.
The left has gained control of the language. Somehow if I don't want to pay for something you want, I am now waging a war on you. They come off a spoiled teenage brats.
