you've been waiting but obviously you haven't been listening. Almost every day since the beginning of the war Trump, Hegseth, and many other cabinet members have clearly articulated the numerous reasons why the US chose to carry out the vast Arriel attacks on Iran., i.e., many years of killing American soldiers, many years of threatening to destroy America, many years threatening and killing its neighbors, the Israel people, continuous sponsors of terrorism, torture and murder of its own citizen to the tune of approximately 35 thousand in this latest up rival. "YOU STILL WAITING"

Putting aside Trump, himself, hasn't said most of this as reasons so my question in the OP still stands, I'll play:
So we are justified spending trillions on war and nation building around the world because of "desires" and the numbers of American's killed over the years, and "threats"?
Two thirds of the world meet most of your criteria. This is a war monger's wet dream.
Why haven't we invaded Mexico again?

I recently came back from an extended stay in Bosnia. One of the guys that took us around town to show us the battlefields of Sarajevo and surrounding siege was originally in the Yugoslavia army. Then when it started breaking up, he fought for Bosnia. He said something that’s stuck with me. He said all wars are fought over for resources only. They’re masked in religion and ideology, but it’s always about the resources. In their case, Serbia wanted copper, silver and coal. You can assume what’s happening in Iran is ultimately a function of wanting to control the flow of natural gas and oil.

Anybody with a brain knows it’s about IEDs, bombs, missiles, nukes and the radical mthrfkers that can build, get them and will use them.
