This is probably the only time we ever have had total support that what happened was wrong. Never seen that but now nobody gives a shite about that and nothing will change

Regardless of the protests, riots, etc... that is totally separate from what the police officer did to that guy. That was ridiculous and criminal.

Earlier in the week it really seemed like for the first time, most of the people on this board were unified in the belief that the cops were negligent in their handling of Floyd and were guilty in some way of killing him. I thought we had one we were mostly all gonna agree on, especially after so many conservative white people were questioning cops and authority in the wake of the lockdown, so maybe something would get done about cops not being held accountable and ending qualified immunity.

None of this has changed

But no, we couldn't have that. These divisive motherfrickers had to start a riot and no community gets justice or peace now.
How can we ever have peace in the long term when so many have something to gain in the short term from fighting?

There are people out there in the crowd who see what is really going on. Hopefully they can reach others but I wouldn't bet on it.

For some peace and cohesion and unity are the adversary. Pull back the curtain of Oz and will tell you a lot.

Winner, winner Chicken dinner.

They are as inept as those who elect them. All elections matter.

It’s an election year, everything grew out of that. Everyone was unified, but someone, Soros, China, antifa; or all of them, had to spike the football

I'm really saddened about this one
If the police force is to change, maybe the Democrat mayors in these cities should do something about their local police instead of blaming racism. This is where the responsibility and accountability start.

Soros is the head of the snake which needs to be removed. China is the nation of the head of the snake. ANTIFA simply carries their water.

Huh? everyone agrees the Floyd death was fricked up and the cops should face the consequences. No one is disagreeing about that.

There have been several times when everyone was on the same page besides George Floyd, such as when we had a video of that cop gunning down the black guy and when we had that racist PoS go into the Charleston church. Not sure I've seen much support for those two would-be vigilantes in Georgia or the Central Park Karen either.

But instead of building on that, certain parties have to take it into a divisive direction. I fully understand why people are upset about what happened to George Floyd, that was just wrong, but looting and destroying businesses won't bring him back.

It's almost as if murder is wrong and at the same time mob-generated arson, aggravated assault, and robbery is also wrong.

You’re shocked by this? I mean for God’s sake they worship the Great Divider and Chief and rioted on the day Trump was inaugurated. This is exactly what the Democrats, and their propaganda arms, want. It gets them to get their major voting block living is a perpetual state of victimhood and the media gets ratings.
