She has been the most amazing Press Sec ever (in my opinion) but as time went on, I found myself not watching the Press conferences anymore... Not because she was doing a bad job or anything like that, but I just lost interest for whatever reason. I don't know why but I did.

1 month before the election and I can guarantee you that the entire world will be watching this new girl and I have a feeling that she is going to be dropping some bombs

I have watched highlight reels of this new girl and I feel that she is going to be just as effective as Karoline (I am not saying better but just as good - hell, she might even be better which would be great) but more people will be watching her because she's new

It's perfect timing before the mid-terms in my opinion

New is good in the Media world.

I’m just glad we have one. Ivory said we were likely never to have one again.

I thought Sara Huckaby was pretty damn good. She had a way of answering the "gotcha" questions with sarcasm and a look of disdain that was pretty fun to watch.

When was she hired? Was she hired AFTER the thread you started trying to shame me for my prediction that no press secretary would be hired before the midterms?

I have observed that phenomenon also.

In my case, I made myself fair game though by starting a prediction thread. As to the REASON for my prediction---there would have been fewer pesky questions without a press secretary in the lead up to midterms---we will see.

If the press secretary actually calls on neutral or left-leaning journalists there are going to be many questions asked that the President could have avoided. Prepare for lots of Kimberly Guilfoyle/Don Jr questions.

I thought it was kind of odd that she stepped down from Press Secretary 2 months ago to spend time with her family only to be hired by Fox last week.

The new one also gave one of her reasons for leaving the DHS spokesperson job in April as "more time to raise her children." They grow up soooo fast.

I think you greatly overestimate the average person's interest in politics.

Maybe 10% or less of US citizens could name the press secretary at any time.

Internationally it's probably less than 1%. Maybe more like a tenth of a percent.

I'm not talking about every single person in the world. I'm talking about every single person who follows politics

If I say that i'm so hungry I could eat a horse... surely you don't think that I'm actually going to drive to Montana and pick out a horse, kill it, skin it and eat it do ya?

a part time gig at a tv station is far less demanding that working for Trump and having to be up to speed on just about every aspect of every issue
