Given the movement in many areas (east coast, for one) to allow felons to vote and no longer ask questions regarding a person's criminal record as part of employment screening, this isn't going to mean crap. It's another way for fatso gov to show that he's doing 'something.'

It's abuse of power to restrict employment of a citizen because you think they went too far in a protest

But Illinois is okay with sanctuary cities to have homeless people from 180 different countries find employment, right>?
