She is clearly not a U.S. Marine. The Uniform is not Marine issue and the dead give away is the U.S Army patch on her left breast. She is not active duty Army unless she is out of uniform. She wearing a BDU, and they are not called BDU's now, that was decommissioned 2008.
If she is stating that she is a current U.S. Military then that could be a problem for her.

I took the time to actually listen to her. When she says "those who have served," she points to herself.
Again, do you have ANY evidence that she is an active Marine officer or that she defied "an order by the Commander in Chief?" If not, why are you posting this? Are you just riling up the gullible over something that didn't happen?

The whole problem started with the headline. The question was what would happen to someone who is in the military- that’s enforceable for sever consequences. If she is retired and actively trying to pose herself as current and dressed in uniform that’s a pretty big problem itself. If retired and rank is high enough then being recalled then prosecuted is an option. Now still that has nothing to do with the reasons she’s there regardless of how dumbshit she is. And if she is protesting in hot activity dressed in military gear while other military personnel are on site her own crowd could easily mistake her head for a piñata

That's not even "diversity". 5 of the 7 in that picture are queers. Far more than the percent of queer Americans. Wouldn't even be 1 if it was for diversity. 4 of the 7 are black. 13% of the US is black. 4 of the 7 are women. 5 if you count the one who pretends to be. Would be 3 1/2 if it was for diversity.
