AI can probably rank the bottom 40% of answers and then you fire most of those shlubs

God help us of that's how we're managing government decisions now.

Yeah, let’s have AI which can barely fricking spell and compile basic statistics manage this.

The melt from you folks in government is just amazing. This is like Christmas morning for me.

These exercises are common in the private sector. I use similar exercises often with my employees.
You sure seem bitter lately. Is everything ok?
Cubbies misses those good ole days of
"What can be, unburdened by what has been"
Her brown princess and stiff body President are no longer in charge

This is the problem in a nutshell.
It just makes you feel good like when the Left wanted to punitively attack people they perceive as the other side. Elon Musk is your Bill Gates.

Yeah AI probably sends 100 percent of the money to it's intended audience instead of the democrat cut of 70 percent for us and the rest to the intended organization.

I've spent my entire career in the private sector. Working for private equity owned and personally owned companies. I couldn't imagine being treated like this as an employee. I couldn't imagine leading a team or company in the ways it's being done here either. This is as disorganized of a layoff situation as I've ever seen for almost no return on the actual budget issues...

No, I want to see the federal leviathan shrink. I despise bureaucracy. It is a net drag on the rest of American society, Return the power to the States and the People.

Firing some poor park rangers isn’t going to do that.

We are $35 trillion in debt. We must make cuts everywhere.

What have I ever posted that led you to believe I supported either one of those people?
This is the problem. People here don’t think critically. They just make things up and run with them.

Well if you haven't noticed Trump is working on it. Hopefully Department of Education and FEMA will be gone soon and many more

Boo, I think she is having problems at home. She usually only gets involved with social issues. Something has her bitter. I’ve been nothing but kind to her and all she does is continue with ad hominem attacks.

Well obviously a human would read them before firing. AI would just help sort

No I do not assume Elon, nor any single person has a firm grasp of all evaluations.
I do however, think a pretty fricking smart starting point is to get all people to state what they do, and then follow up from there.

Are you suggesting that rank and file government employees don’t misuse time, money, or assets?

I’m suggesting that
weren’t asked to list 5 things they do at work.
