I don't know what the rates should be but something realistic. Then make the government live within it with some sort of balanced budget amendment.

Others have said it. Term limits and I mean term limits for everyone from the dog catcher to the Supreme Court.
I Were President and could just make things happen.
Illegal immigration would come to a screeching halt because our military would brought home for the most part and used to secure the border. I would round up as many illegals as I could and deport them also.
I would put in a flat tax. Everyone would pay their share, everyone from Bill Gates to the local ditch digger. Everyone pays the same %.
I would revamp retirement in the country as a way to save and take pressure off of social security. Those who contribute to a 401K, IRA or any kind of retirement account. Your reward for contributing, would be at retirement you can draw out of your accounts tax free. This would encourage even more ppl to put away for retirement and plan their future and that would take pressure of social security.

Immediately revoking voting rights for everyone who isn’t a land owning male. The amount of idiots who can vote in this country is terrifying and we could turn the country around incredibly quickly if we went back to a system where only generally smart, rational people get a vote

Force congress to do its job and maintain a balanced budget, asking future generations to pay interest for money given away today is bad business.

My main platform would be fighting against political correctness and cancel-culture as hard as I can. Someone has to have the courage to stand up and say that the emperor's clothes aren't real, and that 1+1 is 2, no matter how hard someone may want to pretend that 1+1 is 5.
