A lot of people here if given the choice between Trump victory + doing exactly what he said. …..or….. Desantis victory and no notable action that Trump described - we’ve seemingly passed a point of no return wherein they would without much thought on it choose the Desantis option. No worries though, we’ll get Trump in spite of them. No real need for concern about any negative impact from that.

Some people just get overwhelmed at the thought of Trump turned up several levels, they shrink away from it. It is potentially nightmarish for some people. I don’t blame them. I think of the time Trump somewhat “casually” mentioned to Xi over a meal of fava beans and a nice chianti that he sailed some of our more advanced missiles into Syria because they got a little too sassy. Precisely landed them within a stone’s throw of some Russian military personnel who I’m sure were thinking they were badasses over in Syria. Then there was that other time he had to vaporize some folks of Russian persuasion because they too got out of line. Can you see RD being that prepared and willing to make such bold moves and so confidently at that? Maybe a little later, but Trump makes Xi tee tee himself a little. The “unpredictable” Don Trump.

Who couldn't solve ALL the worlds problems in that amount of time, or less?

So it’s Trump’s fault the DC Uniparty doesn’t want some NYC big mouth real estate mogul jacking up their gravy train? Lol

What is going to be different if he wins in 2024?

Oliver Stone made JFK in like 1993, 30 years after JFK was assassinated and the "Deep State" meme began.

So no, the "most informed" were not shocked at the inertia effects of bureaucracy. Ignorant people who now think they're experts on politics for following grifters do, in large numbers.

Thanks for supporting my argument that giving him another four years is stupid.

How is this about Desantis again?

The dude told y'all he'd drain the swamp and didn't do it. Now he says if you give him another chance he'll definitely do it THIS time.

Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, you know how it goes.

Ignore "muh fight" and actually get people he needs support from to not hate him at their core?

RDS would have gotten the ACA repealed in 2017. Trump couldn't. Does that make Ron a pawn of the WEF or a Swamp monster?

Trump just said while addressing the audience in NC he would end their reign of terror again and revoke China’s favored trade status.

TRUMP 2024!!!! EXTREMELY ULTRA MAGA!!

They don't see that angle.

Instead, they claim that since Trump was a failure obviously DeSantis would be as well.

So you should just vote for Trump.

Are Trump’s enemies also Ron’s enemies?

Yes. Do trump loyalists not pay attention to anything that doesn’t mention Trump? Lord the original TDS group, the bulwark, have come out in force against DeSantis. DeSantis is Trump except he is able to actually articulate why conservative policies are correct. Trump only cares about loyalty to him.

Doesn’t make any sense. What “muh fight”, specifically? Your “would’ves” don’t carry a lot of weight with me.

Not at all. I think the point is he isn't capable of building support to actually accomplish the things he is talking about. I don't know how he can pass anything significant through Congress at this point and I have no idea how he even fills out a Cabinet with competent people much less the rest of the bureaucracy he is going to magically fix. He's said anyone supporting DeSantis is blackballed so that's a huge batch of the competent conservatives right there who are out.

Oh, that's right we aren't supposed to actually ask legit questions we are supposed to just cheer!

In the meantime I wonder if we see Trump outside MAL again until Tuesday. He seems to need his rest more and more nowadays as he gets ready for his 77th Birthday in a few days.

Now you'll argue you didn't add "perceived" in front of "enemies" to infer they aren't actually his enemies.

Each post worse than the previous.

Thats a great slogan. Even better when you don't have a track record.

But...

He's got a four year record.
