If you gave Biden or any Democrat the power of Hitler or Stalin, what would they do with ?

I think we often like to look at people in history, like Hitler or Stalin as singularly bad people. When in reality, they were just products of their circumstances and the culture around them.
Give Pelosi, Kamala, Biden, Whitmer, or Cuomo
