Neither impeachment nor the use of the 25 amendment could be facilitated in the remaining days. The Dems would like to impeach him after he is out of office to prevent them from holding office again.

There has to be trial before the Chief Judge of the Supreme Court, that will take weeks, if not longer.
The Senate has said they won't even address it until January 19th anyway.

That is not how any of this works.
They first have to pass a fraudulent charge, they can do that by Monday or Tuesday, sure.
But than it has to go the Senate for trial, but even if the took it up by say Friday... the term is basically up.

The Senate is in recess as well, but in theory that could be changed.

Why are you skimming through and skipped over the first response to the time concern:
I didn’t at any point say it would be concluded by the 20th.
