Is it not true that Trump wants a "big beautiful bill"?

Well you don't need to worry because he's never going to convince congress to do that with his approval rating in the shitter.

Should not do this. Everyone should be paying or no one should be paying.

That said, the news media would somehow find a way this love benefits the rich more than it benefits the people not paying taxes.

You will see this magical moment where the left and democrats will be upset that the bottom 88% of income earners in American will not be paying taxes.

I know it's you so it's asking a lot but don't be retarded here. We're talking about his ability to influence congress. Congress are the ones who can end income tax not the president. And Congress isn't going to listen to him if his approval rating in the toilet and if it says like that he's going to cost them the mid-terms.

Exclusively? No. The President still has to sign off.

And that's in the academic, 2nd grade civics version.

In reality, Presidents actively negotiate with the legislature in forming spending bills/budgets and have for decades. It's a mutual effort.

Every time the GOP wins the Presidency in the 21st century. Bush, Trump, etc. They basically have a skeleton "tax reduction act" ready. Trump had one ready for him in 2017, for example.

I think it’s more that he is responsible, and understands third grade math.

Took us 43 presidents to amass 10 trillion in debt, then 3 more to get us to 37 trillion in debt. Somebody in the room has to be a grown-up here

100%.

This country hasn’t had an actual revenue problem but rather a long-time spending problem.

Both sides of the aisle have long partied like sailors on weekend leave.

What if we say “NO, we don’t owe you Jack shite and just wipe all the debt clean”, then confiscate all their assets and redistribute their wealth that they stole from us.

Most of our debt is held domestically. You would basically collapse the U.S. dollar as a result.

If Trump had cooperation on tariffs, DOGE, and setting the Income Tax this Nation could reign a bunch of debt in quickly.

The fact Democrats can't be truthful on either subject tells you why we are in the mess we are.

DOGE is about accountability and Democrats are out here telling the insane that Elon is stealing their data and marking folks for round up by the evil regime.
