Rosenstein should recuse himself because his name will be mentioned in the IG report. Unless Sessions tells him who to name he will name a Democrat and all is lost at that point, the bastard will join Mueller and go after Trump.

This is not good. Sessions should appoint the 2nd SC. Rosenstein will appoint another Muller to investigate HRC. The SC will find nothing because all of the lawyers will be HRC lawyers.
Sessions needs to be fired if he allows Rosenstein to appoint anybody for anything.
Trump needs to have a meeting with Sessions.

Recusal - Sessions didn't need to recuse himself and he took advice from Obama holdovers and then cited the wrong statute / regulation to justify recusal. Also, nothing in his recusal prohibits him from responsibilities related to ethics. Mueller has put one of the most corrupt USA's in history on his team. Sessions has more than enough justification in tossing Andrew Weissmann off the SC's team or at a minimum ordering an ethics team to monitor everything with the SC. Mueller tossed Strzok off the team, but with documented instances of misconduct in Weissmann's record, he keeps him around. But Sessions is a coward.

Rosenstein - Sessions knew or should have known that Rosenstein and his wife are 100% deep state and neck deep in corruption and corrupt actors, yet Sessions still handed over control to Rosenstein. I'm going to take a wild guess and say that if you looked closely at Rosenstein you'd find a lot of failures to disclose real or potential conflicts of interest related to him and his wife. More than enough to shitcan him or at a minimum remove him from overseeing Mueller or anything else at DOJ.

Fast & Furious - Sessions has not even done the bare minimum in this case and has stalled and stalled, despite calls from family and Congress.

IRS - targeting of conservative groups by the IRS demands more than Congressional inquiry and an apology but Sessions has done nothing.

VA - Shulkin's abuse of govt funds and numerous reports of corruption surrounding his tenure thus far merit DOJ investigation. Sessions has done nothing.

Transparency - DOJ is a total piece of shite with regard to transparency and Sessions has done nothing at all to rectify that.

Comey - Sessions knows Comey is guilty on 18 USC 1001 and several other statutes, and has done nothing, though Comey continues to run his mouth and thumb his nose at everyone.

Flynn - The DOJ, USA's, and the USAG's #1 responsibility is to the Constitution and then to justice. Sessions knows the Flynn case is tainted, yet the only thing DOJ has done is agreed to postpone sentencing. Sessions won't take the actions he knows he should because the DOJ is full of crooked attorneys that commit prosecutorial misconduct all the time. This Flynn case - if Sessions did what he should be doing - would open the door to challenges throughout the entire caseload DOJ has. But so be it...that would be justice. But Sessions is too much of a coward and numerous innocent Americans will pay the price because of that. The Flynn case is the perfect vehicle for Sessions to lauch a top to bottom review of the DOJ and to take extreme efforts to remove corrupt USA's and instill confidence in the DOJ and FBI once again. But Sessions is a coward.

Congressional slush fund to cover sexual harassment - Why isn't DOJ involved in this to determine if prosecution is necessary, to insure transparency so names are named, etc? The People have a right to know if they are voting for people that have used these funds - the funds are taxpayer money. Sessions has done nothing.

Weed - this stupid elf Sessions has a hard-on for weed, and it's great he wants to talk about following the law, but with all the other items he's neglected, he's lost the moral high ground on that fight and heaven knows we have more important things to worry about than some bong hits.

Throttling of Trump's agenda - Mueller is the single biggest impediment to Trump's agenda thus far, and the Russia Russia Russia tirade from the Dems; all put into motion because Sessions is a weak, pathetic little man. Trump's biggest agenda item was to drain the swamp. Sessions has done more than anyone else to thwart those efforts.

FISA Abuse - long since time this issue was attended to and still nothing.

Sanctuary cities / states - Sessions is pussy footing around on this. He should have already directed the arrest of sanctuary architects for obstruction and conspiracy, AND lauched litigation against the cities and states with sanctuary policies.

2020 - There are going to be deep state / cabal / Obama sycophants entering the race, people like Holder; and there will be campaigners like Sally Yates who may also run for office. They are tied to corruption. Holder was held in Contempt of Congress for example. Sessions must go after these people and he must do it now. Waiting for IG efforts, Congressional hearings etc will take too long and once these people announce their campaign efforts, anything that ropes them into an investigation will look like blatant targeting of political opponents. It must be done now.

Pizzagate and the epidemic of missing children - too much smoke here and Sessions better be doing stuff behind the scenes on this.

Voter fraud - too many signs from the Alabama election to not be digging into this; anyone thinking the Dems won't resort to massive fraud in order to take the House and Senate is just a fool.

Awan Scandal - I really hope all the silence around this means stuff is happening behind the scenes. This is a spy network operating from within Congress, with the blessing of Dems, and not just their blessing, but Dems facilitated this stuff. DWS was responsible for hosting, empowering, and protecting these fricks. They pilfered data on our most sensitive projects on committees that have oversight of such things like counterterrorism; there were servers and hardware stolen from Congress; offsite data storage, and so on. The current news stories are bad enough but this Awan deal is what should destroy the DNC forever.

Google and Eric Schmidt - tech giants, especially Google, have been in bed with the cabal and the DNC for a long time now. Google / Schmidt was the most frequent visitor to Obama's WH. Low IQ Maxine told us that Obama had files on everyone. Sessions needs to have secured warrants to go into Maxine's email and phone records, as well as Google itself. Safest place for Obama and others to store data would be with a tech giant like Google.

DoD Acquisitions - RICO and fraud is everywhere in our acquisitions.

McCabe - the only thing Sessions has done in over a year is fire McCabe and it took him too long to do that.

Jeff Sessions runs the most powerful law enforcement entity in the world and he's accomplished virtually nothing in over a year. Not only that, he's screwed up repeatedly and is the biggest threat to Trump's agenda and 2020 campaign. He needs to be fired and now that he's fired McCabe this is the perfect time because no one can claim Trump is acting for petty reasons. Trump should re-assign Rosenstein and remove him from any position of influence then let a new USAG determine how to dispose of Rosenstein.

If you are going to have Rosenstein appoint the SC, you may as well have Obama, Lynch, or Hillary do it.

While I appreciate the middle finger that would be a new special counsel, I can't say I'm looking forward to another year plus of "special counsel this, special counsel that". I'm so tired of Mueller, Mueller, Mueller. Though certainly the media will pretend this investigation doesn't exist and we'll never hear a peep about it.

It won't take that long because there's actually evidence of corruption against Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Lynch, Hilldawg, etc.
