So have any of the progressive posters cited exactly how this is tweet is racist? There's no mention of any race, skin color, or ethnicity.

Nationalism seeks to purge people and things that are believed to be not "true" to the country. Usually that is the exclusion of races and cultures, especially with "white nationalism".

We imported a bunch of Somali’s, a country that has never produced anything functional in history, who gathered into a voting district and voted purely along racial and religious lines to get a barely literate retard into our congress. These people who are not fit to work at the DMV are supposed somehow do better in our congress than their own countries.
