Hmmm you mean the executive branch determines if a court building and in session? Judges cant work from home can they? Ya dont say...

In no way should these types of workarounds be implemented unless in emergency situations.. don’t give them ammo turn the tides back.

generally the judges are in charge of when the building is open and closed.

This is basically suggesting the maintenance man can shut down a branch of the government

While everyone was ooeing and ahaing about counting ballots and the budget bill, over at the Senate they were confirming over 200 federal judges. Schumer even posted about it. They knew if Maga won, they would deal with him with activist judges they had confirmed

Naw that’s kinda dumb.

Doesn’t solve anything and potentially creates more headache in the future.

Federal courts are already still way, way behind in their dockets. They haven’t caught up from COVID. The middle district in LA has a backlog 7-800 cases long just for basic, unopposed motions.

The answer is probably adding judges, not halting them from working.

Doing what you’re suggesting will hurt average people—who make up almost all federal civil litigation—than it would the leftists.

"But think of the democrats!" is the rallying cry of the GOPe, not MAGA. MAGA understands that the level of depravity and corruption that democrats will sink to is not based on the actions of Republicans.

We remember that it was the democrats who changed the rules for their favor, committed lawfare, held sham impeachments, had bureaucrats work against an elected president, had false witnesses testify, manipulated evidence, lied to the public, tried to kill and imprison a political opponent.

What exactly do you think the democrats are willing to do but just haven't done yet solely because Republicans haven't done it? You have to realize that the democrats are pieces of shite that will do whatever they want regardless of Trump's actions and, therefore, restrictions to Trump's actions are only a hindrance to the MAGA agenda.

Do like Pusser did in "Walking Tall", assign the Judge's chambers in the men's room.

Put every single one of them in one spot, and then hold "a red wedding".
Until we reach a level where somebody is willing to go to that length, the weapons that they use against us are of valid concern.
It doesn't cease to be a concern until that enemy cannot raise its weapons against us.

Do you think the judicial branch doesn’t have a budget?

I guess when they run out of the toilet paper Trump allows them to have they can use the constitution like you morons.
