If the Boston Tea Party happened today, the target would be…

…The Boston Tea Party was a significant event in the growth of the American Revolution. Parliament responded in 1774 with the Intolerable Acts, or Coercive Acts, which, among other provisions, ended local self-government in Massachusetts and closed Boston's commerce. Colonists up and down the Thirteen Colonies in turn responded to the Intolerable Acts with additional acts of protest, and by convening the First Continental Congress, which petitioned the British monarch for repeal of the acts and coordinated colonial resistance to them. The crisis escalated, and the American Revolutionary War began near Boston in 1775...

I finished the book 'Stick a Flag in it' and it had a chapter on the Boston Tea Party from the British perspective.
1. The tea thrown in the harbor was not symbolic. It was $2M worth of goods in today's dollars. The Brits were pissed.
2. The Brits were convinced that Americans were semi-civilized thugs who couldn't shoot. They were wrong.
3. The Brits found that it was much harder to see the Yanks in the bushes than it was for the Yanks to see those red coats out in the open.

Those pretty outfits did make great targets. Really convenient of them to put an x marks the mini-ball spot on their chest.
Toss in that our guys had really accurate long rifles, were experienced hunters and liked to shoot British officers, the King had no clue what he was getting into.

Agreed.
Member two months ago that environmental group called for mass deflating of SUV tires to “combat climate change”? It’s all about cars. FOX — Group Advocates SUV Tire Deflations
Isn’t this whole financial disaster because of Biden & his desire to end fossil fuels — to get everyone in an electric car. And it’s financially distressing to all (but the elites), especially the poor, whom the Left claim to protect. And for what, really? So the politicians can make a buck off their green stocks.
As all prices continue up, eventually people will revolt. They’ll look for a way to express their dissatisfaction physically & symbolically. The Sons of Liberty didn’t attack individual tea drinkers but the entire tea shipment. Similarly, not individual Prius owners, but dealerships.

Not sure how the logistics would work, but I’m going after the modern gas can. Target two would be something to do with air conditioners because of the expensive Freon needed for air conditioners still widely in use in this country.
Not a tax per se, but we sure as hell didn’t get a vote on any of the regulations that created that shite.

Predetermined by a corrupt three-letter agency,
staged as a violent demonstration of the radicalization of conservative Americans,
trotted out for public consumption twice an hour by mainstream presstitutes for months,
and touted as the basis for eroding even more of Americans’ individual liberties.
P. S.
If I were gonna stage a modern day Boston Tea Party, the last place I’d spitball possible flash points would be on social media.
Fill-in-the-blank posts like these and posts asking for “pure bloods” to roll call (just two examples that quickly come to mind) are easy ways for ops to get regular citizens to frame themselves in such a way that can help craft a tailor-made narrative casting political opposition as fringe, as delusional, as ignorant, and as dangerous.
Just a thought.

I don't understand why anyone would blame Prius dealerships. Lol
The MSM are the probably more to blame than the actual establishment driving these liberal ideas eroding our country. MSM provide the needed voice and manipulated facts to mindfrick everyone.

When the Prius became popular all I could think of was the scene from Get Shorty with the Cadillac of minivans.
