If Ken Paxton isn't a felon, then Bill Cassidy just made a huge mistake.

I despise Cassidy as much as the next guy, but I never heard him defend his vote to convict Trump in '21. He was asked about it on Fox and he avoided answering it.

I think Cassidy’s non answer was pre-election. Since his loss he’s doubled down on that vote, lest I’m ill informed.
