Meaning, an impeached president has his executorial powers suspended until the Senate trial is complete and acquitted of the charges. I'm betting 2-weeks max before the Senate either drops the weak charges or votes to acquit the GEOTUS.

Well, the dims have to vote first.

The President can, and probably will, ignore the suspended powers. If the House can change the rules payback is a mother.

I'm pretty sure that's not accurate.

Do you have a credible link supporting your statement?

There are no limitations of presidential powers.

It's that pesky "innocent until proven guilty" thing.

Where did you get this? I'm fairly certain that's not accurate.

Why don't you show me that in the Constitution. I will wait right here.

Bill Clinton was forced to have his cock sucked by Hillary

Until the USSC struck it down as cruel and unusual punishment

Was Clinton's presidential powers suspended when he was impeached for a crime he actually committed?

Didn't think so.

Um. No.

For a single example, Bill Clinton signed executive order 13112 during his impeachment trial in the Senate.
