If he wins, can’t wait to watch the utter destruction of NYC

He has to win for the good of the country. NYC must burn itself to the ground. That market must crash. I hope those that are leaving vote for him on their way out.

I don’t understand this mindset. New York is an iconic American city. Cheering for its failure is the opposite of conservatism.

This Florida man believes that it will be mostly the wealthy that can afford to leave NYC and migrate down to Florida. The poors won’t be able to do it because Florida housing is quite expensive and we don’t have Ann the free handouts that they’ve become so dependent upon.

Of those that migrate, most remain as progressives but some do see the light and embrace the Florida GOP lifestyle. It generally follows racial lines. We have we have well over a million more registered republicans than democrats in Florida now so the balance is not at risk at this point.

It will be fun watching this communist further destroy NYC.

I sort of agree with you. I understand the notion that it will be a high profile example of the utter failure of progressive governance, but we don't really need another example of that. Virtually all the cities and states that have been governed by Democrats for at least a generation are in horrible shape. I'd like to think political opponents can just run against that track record, but somehow they still win elections. It's baffling to me.
