Nobody asked this lady to take a polygraph, but her attorney. We do not even know what questions she was asked. It’s been reported that the name “Kavanaugh” was not mentioned in any of the questions. That’s a big red flag... (one amongst MANY)
Kavanaugh is not obligated to prove anything- that’s not how this country works. He’s willing to testify under oath- he’s chomping at the bit to. On the other hand, Mrs Ford is declining. Another red flag.
Not to mention, there’s a reason polygraphs are not admissible in court- they aren’t reliable. She had the guts to bring this bullshite up a week before the vote, so she should be prepared to put her feet to the fire to prove her accusations. She’s not.

Kavanaugh and Judge are the two most famous people from that class, that would have been hanging out together at that time. That would have POSSIBLY attended a party together during that time.
If one was crafting a story about Kavanaugh, his name would logically be easy to use.

I still can't believe they don't want Judge to testify. I know he would not be the best witness for Kavanaugh, but he should at least have to put his denial on the record under oath - be at risk in case he's not telling the whole truth.
