Could be any number of reasons.
Make Judge deny it and create another narrative. The left is already claiming he's lying for his friend.

Why the disparate treatment?
Similarly situated Professor Anita Hill's allegations were investigated by the FBI immediately upon surfacing.
Some people have less due process rights than others, i.e., failure to investigate and no polygraph tests on the attackers Messrs. Kavnoff and Judge.
Even if the boys suppressed the trauma of their attempted gay-curious experience and were blacked out drunk during the attack on a 15 year old girl, polygraph tests would detect something.
That's basic 1800 job series' (i.e., inspection, investigation, enforcement, and compliance) action in a crime.

She said there were 4 boys in the room. Then she said it was 2. Now there was a girl at the house. How are you sure which of these statements is true?
On the other end, Kavanaugh and Judge have been absolutely consistent in their denials throughout the entire thing.

She claimed she never told anyone about the incident which happened in the summer (school not in session) yet people are claiming it was the talk of the school for days. If she never told anyone how were people talking about it??
