A better question is why wasn't this relevant when Brett Kavanagh was appointed to the DC Circuit? Why is her allegation so vague? Why wasn't his name given to the therapist in 2012? Why has everyone this woman has named as a witness denied this event happened? Why does she have a Clinton lackey as a lawyer? Who paid for her lie detector? Who paid for her lawyer? What do her bank records look like in the past 120 days? Why has almost every woman in Kavanagh's past come out in support of him?

I'll bite:
Because naming a "witness" would appear to make her story more believable.
It probably took a cursory review of a yearbook or conversations with people who knew Kavanaugh in high school to figure out who he was friends with. Then you go through the names and find someone who doesn't appear to be very trustworthy and name him. Hope that he either hates Trump and wants to play along or will come across as untrustworthy and, at best, be neutral.
Liars usually provide more information than necessary, but since she couldn't pigeonhole herself on location, date, or any other concrete facts, she could provide a "witness".

Texridder refuses to answer when some one asks him but I will ask again - what is he thinking will be accomplished by this attempt to ruin a man's life? ALso, does he think this supreme court seat wont be filled?
