If Durham report is a goose egg - Why should Trump seek re-election?

Of Durham doesn't indict anyone I honestly don't know why trump would even run for re-election.
Every person, organization, entity in that city/beltway is absolutely corrupt and live by a completely different set of rules.
Outside of even nominating or getting a AG in by a senate of GOP that most likely despises him I'm not sure what more he could've done.
Plenty of documents have been released that's pretty damning for Comey and company. outside a very very select few nobody seems to care because the media isn't carrying the water. So for everyone saying for him to release everything I honestly don't think even then that would move the needle.
I give him props for at least trying but he was up against decades of institutions built up to oppose him and thousands of bureaucrats that utterly despise him and were a barrier throughout his whole presidency.
I don't understand why he would want to carry on if Durham doesn't indict anyone. Even at that point his has to truly think that DC and the country is fricked from anyone in power actually going down.

You think people are voting for Trump contingent on investigations of a lawyer you'd never even heard of until last year?
Tax policy, economic growth, trade policy, foreign military disentanglement, merit-based immigration, property rights, elimination of defacto surcharges for medicines and medical devices assessed to US consumers, etc. are not motivation to re-elect?

So basically the entire President's platform doesn't mean anything if an attorney doesn't indict certain people in DC? This line of thinking is why Republicans lose all the damn time. You do know what happens if Trump doesn't seek re-election right? The same people you want presecuted, now have the keys to the nut house. You act as if the swamp doesn't get prosecuted, then the swamp should run things. That's asinine.
No one here believes the swamp filth should skate free. But there are more important things that affect you, as a person, than corrupt politicians, such as economic freedom. Once the Democrat/China virus is over, this country is going to boom again, just as it was. With that boom means more jobs, more industry, more hiring, and more opportunities for us non-politicians.

This. Regardless of what you think, he gets to app oint SCOTUS justices. That alone is well worth running for, on top of all the continuing federal appointments. Having a fair Court system goes long way to protecting the country.
