Eh, I wouldn't be so sure. The way Minnesota law is written, the Man2 charge could definitely stick even if his defense team can prove that fentanyl, meth, and pre-existing conditions were a substantial contributor to Floyd's death.
Typically, I think these cases will go nowhere - I definitely knew that at least two of the cops from the Breonna Taylor case were going to walk completely scot free (and probably are going to get substantial settlements from the city). I actually expect that Chauvin will be convicted and have to serve a few years.

No. They won't need to. The Dems and the Media coordinated their coverage of this incident to stoke the fires of racial divide in "Trump's" America. Now that Trump isn't in office, they won't give 2 shits other than make some empty promises about police reform, blah blah because Hiden is the great "unifier." It's all narrative driven bullshite.

Another cop could have cuffed his ankles and the situation is more or less over. He couldn't go anywhere once that was done. Instead the a-hole had to kneel on Floyd's neck. I don't even think he had a lot of pressure on the neck. But it was terrible optics. It looked terrible! The cops could have handled the entire situation better

1. The case must be fresh, where almost everyone is kept in the dark about the details
2. The details that are released, are then spread through the msm filter. That filter will always make everything about skintone.
3. Several Democrat supported agitprop groups will then organize in several cities, they will sucker in a lot of local residents.
Everyone knows everything about the George floyd case. Everyone knows that they overcharged that cop. I even saw an a-hole on MSNBC saying that they overcharged him. Agitprop groups won't be able to suck too many locals into rioting.

I noticed Minneapolis is boarding everything up in advance and bracing for left-wing violence that with no doubt will soon come.
So Washington DC is currently surrounded by triple fencing guarded by a massive force of National Guard in fear of right wing violence that will never come.
I wonder how many other countries are in the current "bizarre" condition we are in? Most likely not many.
