What they conveniently forget to tell people when they're hyping the generic ballot is that Democrats need a 10+ margin to take back the House.
The generic ballot is voodoo politics, it concentrates on suburban/urban districts and marginalizes every other district.

I’m now hoping for this scenario as it seems the only way to rid our country of these parasites is to eliminate them completely. It won’t take long, and will be an easily won war with the libs and the left.

They have zero grounds for such a request (even assuming adequate grounds for such a demand could ever exist), and even the hard lefties on the SCOTUS won't go for it.
Also, given everything else that has leaked over the last 2 years there is ZERO doubt that if Trump's tax returns contained anything that would hurt him they would have been leaked by now. I mean ZERO doubt.

When you put it that way, them winning the House (but not the Senate, of course) might be the best way to ensure a Trump 2nd term.
Impeachment doesn’t scare me if it dies in the House.
It’s not like the GOP House has been passing immigration reform or wall funding anyway.
And it would give some more MAGA-minded politicians room to run as Republicans in 2020, too.

The dems aren't impeaching Trump that would be political suicide for their party. Remember Clinton was impeached with evidence and was not removed from office. There is zero evidence that Trump did anything wrong so he certainly isn't getting removed from office even if they do impeach him. Let the Dem's try they will both houses and the presidency for a decade or more if they try it.

Better check the governors races. Dems may pick up as many as 10 governorships. When redistricting happens in 2021, Dems will have a lot of input unlike in 2011. Massive Republican gerrymanders (in WI, MI, OH, PA, IL, CO, AZ, FL, VA, and NC are gonna be gone after 2020, Thank God.
