You are advocating do anything to stay in power after midterms?
I imagine first msm will declare a new dawn a new seed change and a better future. Then weeks of the dnc heads talking about upcoming investigations and eventually several avenues of impeachment across the entire Executive for the next two years.

There is a 0% chance the left will take the Senate
The most probable outcome is actually a pickup of +1 for the GOP
The house I would have right now at 60/40 Dems take house/GOP holds
Either majority is going to be razor thin

Whoever they is, they have done an outstanding job with this. Its perfect for a brand of politics that desires a continuous close battle between the fewest parties possible. In our case two. Libertarian party is likely controlled by the previously mentioned two parties.

Trump will tell them to take their investigations, oversight and impeachments and shove them up their arse. He will not cooperate with they do. They can suck it.

If they have the house, they will impeach Trump again. And Hegseth. And probably everybody else in the cabinet. And the GOP will do nothing. Just like they did nothing throughout the last 2 decades.
