If collusion isn’t a crime, why does President Trump keep accusing Hillary of it?

Is it a crime to pay for a "false" dossier and then use it as truth to smear an individual and leads to an investigation of that same individual? Now that sounds like a crime!

Are you just dumb or are you that bad at trolling? The fact collusion isn't a crime doesn't mean someone can't commit collusion or be accuse of it. Sorry if this concept is too deep for you to comprehend. For example, I can accuse you of starting stupid post after stupid post even after you end up looking like a fool pretty much every single time, and while that's factually correct, it doesn't mean it's a crime.
