Old as hell but I have never met even one hippie. Never held a sign in protest. Just went to school and work and tried to build a life for my family. I drive a tractor and have a garden. Hunt and only kill what I can eat. Been in the same Church for 34 years. I might have smoked pot twice at the most. Didn't like it. What else do you need?

The Dem problem is the same that the GOP had during the Clinton years. The Christian Conservatives made the party unlikeable to mainstream voters who weren't active church goers.

The left sold out to the woke movement, which is just as intolerant as any conservative Christian, but without the possibility of redemption. Transgress and your are canceled. It turns people off and away.

Despite all the outlandish stuff Trump has said, the left made him seem like the voice of reason.

The shift towards blue for 65+ crowd I suspect is they fell for the lies the media and demoncrats repeated over and over about cutting SS and Medicare. Cleaning up fraud is a way of cutting SS costs and Medicare costs but only demoncrats could be against that.

The shifts in younger folks to the red section gives some hope if we aren't too far gone already.
