What specific socialist policies is Bernie proposing and why are they bad?

He wants a government take over of our largest GDP contributors (healthcare, energy, finance/insurance, real estate). That will directly wreck our economy and Wall Street. For the hacks that rail on Wall Street, people like their 401Ks and pensions, which need Wall Street to do well. In what world is taking 150 million off their healthcare through their employer a good idea? Majority of people (important word here is majority) are content with their healthcare now.
