And that is the same for both.

It literally is not

ONE IS DESIGNED TO GET YOU TO YOUR LOCATION IN THE QUICKEST MANNER.

ONE IS TO WARN YOU THAT THERE IS HEAT NEARBY.

Just 2 different stages of the same process

And that's the big difference in my head. Those are two very different situations.

How is it obstruction?

Well they are looking for people who have already broken the law. Please don’t now ask what law.

Citizens aren't obligated to help law enforcement in the United States.

This is about obstruction of ice, not helping illegals.

If fearing ice ice too much to endure, they should work towards gaining legal citizenship.

3rd chance to answer this yes/no quesiton:

Does Waze have functionality to permit you to avoid LEO locations, checkpoints, etc.?

Again, there is some particularity required for the obstruction stuff.

Generally giving location of LEO who may or may not have any information about a person is not particular to that person's putative matter.

How exactly does is it prevent ICE from arresting someone?

Is the purpose of Waze to get you to your desired location the quickest?

Sure does. That is irrelevant to the purpose and intent of the app.

The purpose and intent of the app is to get you to your desired location in the quickest legal manner.

Why are you still arguing that a guy in all black at 2 am with a lock pick is the same as a licensed locksmith carrying a lock pick?

Yes, and warning others about speed traps is, as far as I know, protected speech.

Not sure if you can say the same about LEO serving warrants.

How so? It’s no different than Waze with its police alerts which have saved me from getting tickets many times.

Was WAZE created solely to circumvent LEO locations.

It's helped you slow down.

Is this app helping illegals not break the law?

There is nothing illegal about publicly communicating that you say CPS at x-location, either.

We are looking at this all wrong:

1. Download App
2. Go to Ohm Depot
3. Tap alert
4. Video results
5. Profit

Got a court case for this? So far all I've seen you do is mention speed trap alerts.

It doesn’t matter! The tool is the same!

The guy in all black carrying the lock picking tools is the exact same as the licensed locksmith carrying lock picking tools to a job site.

Same tool = same same!

Intent and how it is used is irrelevant.

So says slowflowgottogo.
