so 1 shooting per ONE MILLION illegals that Biden let in?
That is absolutely OUTSTANDING.

He wasn't attacking ICE agents when shot. These weren't even ICE agents. They didn't know who Pretti was.
He was filming them and then trying to help a woman they pushed down. You think it was OK to kill him for previously kicking out a tail light?
You claimed that Pretti deserved to be shot because he had a legally registered handgun on him. It was holstered. If that's not anti-2nd Amendment, I don't know what to say.

More training than you could ever endure and alot of it was more reading law and learning how they applied to any situation you would be placed in.
Read law and place yourself in boots without knowing what you are trying to defend.
What do you do for a living? Let me see if I can tell you how you can do your job more perfect.

So the ICE agent's defense to a Texas prosecution would be, "They're just lucky we shot so few of them. Sure, you have to shoot some of them in the back when they don't pose any threat, but that's what they get for being in the country illegally."

None of this is accurate. 3 days prior to him attacking the officers he helped blockade a road and spray painted anti ICE propaganda on a building.
One day before he attacked the officers, he helped roll a garbage dumpster into the middle of the street and then he then attacked a police cruiser by kicking out the tail lights.
Ftr, if you or I ran at and attacked a group of LEOs while they were detaining a domestic terrorist, we'd also run the risk of being shot.

Unfortunately, none of that is true. The LEOs weren't detaining a domestic terrorist. Pretti never "ran at them" or "attacked them." He was filming them from across the street.
ICE was pushing back two women who were yelling at them. They pushed one of the woman into Pretti. He tried to help her up. He was pepper sprayed, tackled, had his gun removed from his holster and then shot.
Watch ANY video and show me otherwise. There's a reason DHS hasn't released any bodycam footage and the "investigation is still ongoing."

This is total bullshite. Nobody was pushed into him. The woman was pushed, he stepped between the officer who was trying to detain her to block him and even gave him a push with his left hand. He was maced for this, and then he turned his back and tried to help her up, but his earlier actions of obstructing got him in trouble and is what lead to the focus going toward him. How can you give such a disingenuous take? We all have eyes. Why aren't you using yours?
I've timestamped it for you.

Not sure if you're deliberately being obtuse or simply ignorant but at the 2:12 mark you can clearly see him push an agent.
It also appears an agent removes his gun from him shortly before he's capped.
For all intents and purposes that investigation is over.
That's a clean kill. ...and odds are, so is this latest one in Austin. ...but keep sky screaming.

Thanks. I hadn't looked at it in a long time. You're right about that. I just remembered her helping her up.
So, at least we can agree he wasn't "attacking law enforcement" when he was shot by two agents. They were pissed at him for previously obstructing them.
Do you know HOW he obstructed the agents that shot him? I remember seeing videos that showed him just filming from not very close. The two woman that they were chasing were arguably obstructing.

I completely agree that you did and thank you so much for serving.
My question is do you think that the current ICE officers are receiving similar levels of training to what you received as an officer?

Actually, at the 34 second mark, the first woman IS pushed into him.

It doesn't matter if they were "pissed." He committed a crime. Then they tried to detain him. It appears that he initially resisted, and then put himself in a very bad situation by having a gun on him while resisting. Once he was on the ground, it's unclear to me everything that happened.
But to frame the way you did is such gaslighting, but lots believe it. I'm not saying he should have been or deserved to be shot. But let's not pretend that he didn't play a role in creating the situation that he ended up in. Let's also factor in that everyone is slipping around on ice during all this.

Don't know if it was the agents who eventually shot him, but you can see him step inbetween the office and the girl and push him back. Just watch the timestamped clip I posted?

He's not even on camera then...you are making an assumption. That does not show any push.

The gun was supposedly removed from him when he was down 1 to 2 seconds prior to him being shot. It was originally thought that the gun was taken from his waist band, but it was later stated that he had it in his hand.
He had bad intentions.

I watched it all. Thanks.
So, the obstruction was stopping them from arresting the woman they pushed down? At least that makes more sense than obstructing an arrest of an illegal alien. The agent didn't seem to have proper technique in arresting her. Why was pushing her down necessary?
We could go round and round. The agents didn't seem very well-trained. It's still not clear what they were trying to accomplish. If they were trying to clear the street, why not just say to Pretti and the women, "Clear the street or you will be arrested?"
They never told Pretti he was being arrested. They didn't give him a chance to comply with any orders.
Instead, it looked like more of a brawl. The agent who sprayed Pretti in the face also was hitting him in the head with the empty cannister. Then, he was one of the two agents who panicked and shot Pretti AFTER his holstered gun was taken from him. Objectively, Pretti was not a threat to anyone when he was killed.
Subjectively, maybe the agents panicked when the gray-jacketed agent removed Pretti's gun from his holster. Maybe one day we will see the bodycam footage that would help explain what happened.

I don't want the agents hanged. They were put in a tough position. They should have had crowd control support. Of course, Minnesota is to blame for much of that.
I just want transparency. What have the agents said about why they thought they had to shoot an unarmed man? Release the bodycam footage, etc.

Your transparency seems weirdly one sided.
Multiple threads
Multiple inferences of guilt.
