Same way you should- with happiness that another criminal is being deported.

Any other questions?

Yes, if he was doing his job at a federal level. The state may try, however the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution wins every time.

Tarble’s Case (1871) – The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that state courts do not have jurisdiction over federal officers acting within their official duties. This set a precedent that limited state interference with federal agents.

Printz v. United States (1997) – While not directly about contempt, this case reinforced that state authorities cannot compel federal agents to enforce state law, reaffirming federal supremacy.

I wish they went in the courtroom to snag him.

That's not what happened.

Arizona v. U.S. made that crystal clear.

I wonder if leftists are unhappy that they won that case.

You are tacitly defending a known human trafficker in the shitbag that I’ve arrested.

The individual was in this country illegally. The feds have jurisdiction and not the state. Sanctuary cities and sanctuary states are not a real thing.

I am as pro-state rights as anyone here. This is not a state rights issue.

Illegal aliens do not have federal or state rights.

They have no rights in this country.

Their universal right is to be detained and deported, so that's a plus I guess.
