As previously stated, I support the deportation of illegal immigrants. I also support the rights of United States citizens.

Ok.

But American citizens do not have the right to not be detailed.

Why is this only an issue when its feds enforcing immigration law?

Nor do I. I do think it's prudent to verify accuracy before jumping to conclusions. However, if the OP is reasonably factual, the 20y/o will have a path to significant recourse.

No you do. We have tens of millions of illegals costing the tax payer hundreds of billions of dollars.

You'd just rather play dumb.

What kind of recourse? I’m not well-versed in sovereign immunity.

Who cares? Innocent people get arrested all the time. That doesnt mean you stop enforcing the laws.

You support murder and rape, which is far worse.

This did not happen and was perfectly scripted to fit the narrative. That Minneapolis police chief is an embarrassment as well.

Wouldn’t be surprising. Literally happened to my brother at the county jail a while back. Arrested with no shoes, released with no shoes and made to leave the station in 10 degree weather with no shoes. I think you’ll find most cops/ICE/whoever just don’t give a frick about the general public.

While certainly wrong, innocent people are arrested every day in every country in the world.

There are way more white people getting detained and even arrested for shite they didn't do. It happens more than you think. The problem is these agents are trying to do a job while literally risking their lives and family because people are retarded and impeding the investigations. They may have been able to figure it out on the spot. But are not allowed.
I was wrongfully detained as a white person. Nobody was protesting for me.
