The debate over the rapid hires that ICE has made is a real thing. I don't know enough about it yet to come to a conclusion.
There have been several instances of DHS agents being involved in questionable shoots. If there is ever a full investigation of any of those shootings, we'll know more.
This was just some data.

I'm not sidestepping. It's just not worth wasting time debating with you. No matter what I say, you will just move the goal post or misstate my position so I waste time arguing about what I said.
Off the top of my head the following shootings and subsequent DHS lying about them, appear to be the result of bad training or bad hiring:
-Chicago: woman shot for allegedly ramming agents vehicle
-Pretti homicide
-Corpus Christi homicide
-Houston homicide
-Minneapolis shooting through door
Doubt we will ever see any reports from DHS about these shootings. Litigation and state prosecutions might shed some light.
