Refreshing podcast from Rich Lowry and a non-traditional pollster on what mainstream polls do wrong

This guy’s group, Trafalgar, has a greater than 92% accuracy rating, got Trump right in 2016, DeSantis right in 2018 and has Trump winning in 20.

The big argument is that he is losing the white suburban women.

I don't think he will. They will vote for their safety over all other.

Now comes the tightening of the polls so that when he wins the Left can say he stole it.

I agree that's part of it but I think the polls serve a more devious plan. Polls showing a Biden lead lay the groundwork for Dems to continue to keep counting or "producing" tens and perhaps hundreds of thousands of harvested ballots for two weeks after election night or until they produce enough harvested ballots to undo Trump leads in key swing states on election night.

He polled bad with white suburban women in 16 also. They said due to going against Hillary and his abrasiveness it turned them away, but he still did good with them. I don't see Biden bringing out more white suburban women than Hillary did.

I agree. This election is all about turnout of the sure thing votes on both sides. Whoever does that best, wins. For once, it is not about undecided voters.

That Hispanic % for Biden is yuge bag of shite

I've never seen a poll broken down into some of these details, but I'm more surprised that they would have Biden "winning":

Upper/Upper Middle class - 56.8%(B)/38.5%(T)
Union - 54.7%(B)/40.4%(T)
$75k+ - 51.0%(B)/42.6%(T)
investor - 52.1%(B)/42.2%(T)

I know the Dim party usually carries the unions, but it appears that Trump is getting a lot more union support than Biden

I guess those "professional" pollsters don't want to lose all their "credibility."

AFAIC, they can all go Toobin themselves.

Nobody is polling the tens of millions of fraudulent ballots going into the system that may put the left in the White House with President Harris along with complete control of Congress. The lobbyists are getting ready for their biggest bank of $$ ever in 2021.

I think many of WSW like to say they hate Trump on social media and to pollsters out of fear of cancel culture or to virtue signal to any liberal women they know. In the privacy of the voting booth they vote Trump

47% to 45%

This implies he potentially gained, which isn’t what I expected.

I think it’ll be ultra close and if I had to bet I guess I’d predict Biden. But I have no mockery for people who think Trump pulls it out.

The group on this board that is toxic for any serious discussion is the “TRUMP WINS IN AN EPIC LANDSLIDE UNLESS THERES FRAUD”

They have no interest in taking, and no interest in even making a meaningful prediction because they hedge on what will actually happen. It’s not everybody on here but it is far too many

Assuming one believes Trump is the Devil....Isn't the devil we know better than the devil we DON'T know?

I mean, listen to Ben Shapiro's support post - the "uncouth" part of Trump is already accounted for. We know the policies and even if you wish for different - they are either excellent to okay. The senile Joe and Krazy Kamala shite show is a pretty scary jumping off point.

I think anyone left in the "middle" have got to think 4 more years of the known devil are survivable. 4 years with the unknown devil MIGHT be...but, maybe not.
