Yes this could go a few ways BUT if you file for the religious protection and they fire you, you might have other legal routes to go based upon this and it might make you happy at the end of the day. Best advice, speak to an attorney in advance, follow their advice, and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!

Kamala’s a dumbarse, I don’t think anybody is disputing that. Nobody in this thread is not taking the vaccine over "safety concerns" though. It’s all politics, and hell they likely don’t even realize it’s politics but that’s what it boils down to.
