which impossible with the democrat party.
The fricking SAVE act cannot get passed and that is obvious.
The last amendment was the 27th in 1992, 33 years ago.
It was proposed in 1792.
You really are a putz.

Has no rhetorical merit in a discussion about Constitutional interpretation, just like the stats in OP
That's how Democrats argue

9% of all babies born in the USA are birthright babies!
This globalist bullshite needs to end, and TRUMP is aiming to do just that!
Countries need to keep their individualism and history....massive global immigration is BAD for the world, IMO.

Let's see....., we need an amendment to end birthright citizenship....hmm.
The Democratic Socialists control academia, the judiciary, Hollywood/pop culture, legacy media, much of corporate America, etc. Democratic Socialist influences are rampant throughout every major US institution. And then we have the Recuck wing of the DC Uniparty, who frequently partner with their Democratic Socialist colleagues......and somehow we're to expect our elected politician to amend the Constitution to end birthright citizenship? What's the likelihood of Congress amending the 14th Amendment? .00001%
These rat bastards in Congress will never amend the 14th amendment or pass federal election integrity legislation or congressional term limits or a ban on members of congress trading stocks or restrictions for corporate lobbying. If a broad swath of Americans were polled on the aforementioned the majority of Americans would be in favor of legislation for all of it, yet it will likely never happen.
So I ask,
Is the will of the people being done or is the will of the power brokers being done?

When it comes to the abuse of the 14th amendment the US is 100 years beyond the time it should have been amended or abolished.
And that path exists via the amendment process.
That's the mechanism installed when society-technology develops to where the Constitution has inefficiencies and negative externalities on our population and citizenry.
This is exactly why the decision before the court should never consider something like what is discussed in OP. That's a subject to be discussed by a committee proposing to amend the Constitution, not the court (who must rule on our Constitution as is, and ignore those negative externalities and inefficiencies referenced above)
The system is already broken. They can't even get a bill passed that +80% of the country supports. They will never get an amendment passed unless it's to strip the rights of YT peoples. That would pass unanimously.

There is nothing partisan about birthright citizenship...for intelligent, rational people at least.
So you think its functioning as intended with the Chinese abusing the shite out of it for their gain? And I realize I am asking someone with a Winnie the Pooh as his profile pic.

Currently it's estimated there are upwards of 2 million Chinese birthright citizens in the US.
Scary. If this continues America is done.
