You continue to amaze this board with your idiocy. Care to address the actual OP? Why do you think homosexuality is banned in the Muslim world?

So, exactly what the right is currently trying to do.

I'm sure you were about to post an example?

Are you strong enough to point that high-powered perception at yourself?
I am. That's one of the great things about God's unchanging moral standard (the 10 commandments): it applies to me as well as to my neighbor, and I can do what Jesus did by making righteous judgements according to the same standard that will be used to judge me.

I agree. The support for abortion and LGBTQ+ issues are great examples of where this country needs to repent.

Turning off USAID was one. The number of children affected by that political decision is shameful.
I don't know much about that other than the reports of abuse of the program, so if abuse exists, I'm perfectly fine with shutting it down, reviewing it for waste and fraud, and then restarting something like that with more scrutiny in place.

That said, I'm also OK if it doesn't exist for the time being, because we have so many problems that need to be fixed in America that we should ensure that our own people are cared for before we focus on other countries. The government of this nation has an obligation to serve its people first and foremost.

You just sound like a bigot regardless of who you vote for.

None of my neighbors are Islamists. So, it's OK for me to hate Islamists.

The Bolsheviks did much the same thing. They courted gays until they had power and then it was electro-shock therapy and asylums for treatment.

basic dignity and respect

You can't say this without actually defining it and the limits. We already allowed marriage, whether or not that was right or wrong, and freely let them "be themselves" in general.

The favor returned was mutilating children, Prides Parades, Drag story hour, lowering the age of sexual education continuously, injecting perverse ideas in children movies and a host of other things.

Why can't you ask the LGBTQ+ to actually respect the dignity of children, and let them be children, and to NOT try to infect them with an idea of sexuality before the age of like 14 at least?

Unwilling to do that right? Thought so.

Let's have the actual conversation, and not toss around weak emotional responses like "dignity and respect." Moron.

And I'm going to add, if that group of people can't self-regulate, then they have to be regulated by someone else. Them's the breaks. Get away from the kids.

Too bad we let shame go as a default regulator - it worked astonishingly well in a high trust society.
