We just had Placekicker not only show his ignorance of the roles of President and PM, but he also believes that the democratically-elected PM was appointed illegally by judges

False. The Prime Minister is not elected. He is never voted for by the citizenry. He is chosen by Parliament, appointed by the President, and then he received a vote of confidence from the Parliament. The Polish Prime Minister is not "elected" by the people.
The President, on the other hand, is indeed elected by the people. He controls the military and has veto power over legislation.
What we are seeing here is the administrative state overturning the voice of the people. A coup. And to frame it any other way is dishonest.

the EU wants poland to drop their currency the zloty and adopt the euro, to do so poland would be required to transport their gold inventory to Frankfurt, GE and deposit it in the EU Bank
in 2004 when Poland joined the EU, there was an agreement in place that they would adopt the euro as their currency and drop the zloty. there was no date set in the treaty for this conversion to happen. With the issues facing the EU right now they desperately want Polish gold in their central bank. So they are pushing Poland to comply with the treaty 22 years later.
Poland has the largest gold supply of any country in the EU right now. To put their gold in a German bank in Frankfurt is the ultimate 180° turn from the end of World War II. It is the end of Polish sovereignty as they know it.

Her legal basis is a rule written for ORDINARY courts, not the Tribunal.
Experts say that basis is "non-existent."
She's also one of the judges the Tusk majority picked, and President Nawrocki refused to swear her in.
She doesn't get a seat, so she takes the whole court.

I don’t know exactly who is who in Poland.
I just hope that the based Polanders come out on top and keep the filthy foreigners out of Poland.
