Yeah, it kind of does. Let’s introduce the internet to the people from The Scarlet Letter, and let’s think for a second how they would handle it.
I think it’s pretty ridiculous to say a decade, but hundreds of years.

No. Two are a natural monopoly. The other isn't.
Definitions and words have meaning. You wishing otherwise doesn't change this fact.

They know better. Reality doesn't matter, what they read on reddit does.
And I'm serious. They really think like that

Oh I know they do. I've seen the talking points on Reddit first hand.
They're parroting them word for word.
What I find hilarious are the conservatives and libertarians that constantly give proggies shite about talking points, then turn around and do the exact same thing on this subject

Based on your post, I'm obviously smarter than you...... by a wide margin.
If it were so obvious, I think you would be getting the upvotes.

Well, sometimes, when you have a very un-free oligarchy that offers at least some consumer protections, "free"-ing up that market by not removing the barriers to entry, not breaking up the oligarchy, and not removing the massive subsidies and anti-trust protections that helped create that oligarchy but only removing the minimal consumer protections that exist IS A BAD IDEA!!!
Sometimes, when a market isn't free and never has been free, you have to be smart about what parts you free from government regulation and when so-as not to create an even worse result. Yes, it is true that monopolies cannot persist in a free market absent government intrusion, but the intrusion already happened. The ISP's already are using government property for their profit. They are already used the protections to create advantages that are so vast that small firms are essentially non-existent.
We need to start freeing up the market, but removing the little consumer protection that exists is something that should be done last, not first.
We should start with anti-trust action against the colluding ISP's to break up their regional monopolies.

Out of curiosity what are you basing this "fact" on?

You genuinely don't know the economic concepts that apply
Fascinating. Haven't seen this breed of idiot in the wild very often. Typically, they hide in reality TV shows.
I feel like I'm studying you to discover how this happened

The term monopoly and the fact ISPs aren't a monopoly.

Wrong.
Explain how ISPs are monopolies. With details please.
Make sure you understand what a monopoly is first.

Also this board "We should give globalists the ability to prevent anyone finding out about this plan to oppress us and culturally change America."
You think Comcast isn't globalist? You think AT&T isn't globalist?
This is a competition between globalists motivated by profit verses globalists that at least supposedly have the back of the public. In this case, the profit motive of the globalist oligarchy that controls the ISP market in this country dictates that they take actions which are 100% harmful to their customers, free enterprise, and free expression. You have the government standing in the way of that.
Believe it or not, but sometimes, a little government regulation is necessary! Sometimes, government, when restrained to a proper scope, is better than no government at all. We know what the ISP's are going to do because they already tried it. We can trust them to completely f&%k us all. If the government even sorta sticks to its mission, in this case, we are far far FAR FAR better off!
