First of all, the Nats didn't boo him, the fans did.

Second, most fans at Nats games probably don't live in DC, but VA and MD.

That said, it probably did play well to his base. Say what you will about him, he plays political jujitsu with the best of them.

As an Alexandrian you know the political make up of DC and the surrounding counties of MD and VA. I’ve lived here since coming down in 1973 for law school.

I’m sure this didn’t bother Trump in the least. I’m just saying I doubt he wouldn’t get the same in Houston seeing who they elect to congress.
