Yep I called it. You told me I couldn't even list the crimes and now, without even admitting how incredibly wrong you were, want to start debating the merits of them.
I'm not jumping through hoops for someone that can't admit that they fricked up when they obviously did. If you want to step across the line and join me in reality, we can discuss the crimes.

You posted a wiki article.
Is this how rotted out your critical thinking abilities are? You can't simply follow the links that bring you to the actual legal filings? You swallow everything that Epsteins best friend says but you can't follow a link that is provided to you to get to the truth. It's pathetic.
Starts on page 21, section C.

Yep. We want transparency. We don’t have to walk in lock step with Trump like you do with these seemingly crooked judges and prosecutors.
The media filed petitions to allow for video in the court room. Trump and his attorney's filed a petition against it. So you are mad at the media.
Do you ever get tired of licking the boot?

Loook one post up, dummy. Not a single one of those “crimes” were in any charging document. Not a single one of those crimes were tried in the trial.

I’d love to discuss the legal filings and evidence presented to support those filings with you. Where do you want to start?

I specifically said I disagreed with Trump you half-wit. In the post you replied to.

Yep an opposition to a motion to dismiss. Beautiful. Now link the charging document that alleges these crimes and then let’s discuss the evidence presented in court supporting those charging documents. You know…because that is how criminal trials work.

violation of federal campaign finance limits
Not under the purview of Manhattan or the state of NY. Falls under the FEC, which chose not to pursue, despite having a lower burden of proof. But you seem to think Trump, who is notoriously a penny pincher, used his own money rather than his campaign money, to pay for campaign expenses

violation of state election laws by unlawfully influencing the 2016 election
Again, not under the purview of NY or Manhattan. Or maybe you think he stole NY from Hillary?

violation of state tax laws regarding the reimbursement
Can you please expound on how the state collected less tax revenue as a result of this?
Eta: my bad, I was copying and pasting quotes from BBonds post, not meaning to reply to him

Alan doing his best to remain visible and relevant. It’s harmful to his legacy. It began with O.J., and now he can’t help himself. He isn’t accomplishing anything.

There it is. There’s the smoking gun. Everyone knows Trump’s a notorious penny pincher…..definitely didn’t use his own money. No chance. Case closed.

What business record was falsified and how was it falsified? Please refer to the specific GAAP or the SAS number of the AICPA standard he violated and explain how it is a violation.

I think you are confused because I inadvertently replied to BBonds rather than the dipshit

I’m with you. No crime occurred. I assume they claim that if he deducted the payment as legal expenses it was an improper deduction….but then that kind of blows up their “campaign funds crime” mantra.

Me? Confused?? Yeah right.
Ok maybe I was this one time. Keep it under your hat please.

Curious as to how you view Cohen's lies from a legal perspective, i.e., is his testimony the evidence of crimes you detest? As for A.D.'s credibility, even CNN & USA Today has been reporting almost exactly the same claims.

Looks like it threw off others as well. My mistake

Legal fees related to the business are tax deductible. Campaign donations and lobbying are not tax deductible. So, that's really the crux of the issue from a tax perspective. However, it would be virtually impossible for someone to argue that a nuisance fee paid to eliminate negative publicity is not related to the Trump business and brand. Especially, when DJT is the brand. In no world is this anything other than a legal expense.

While not an attorney I can read and understand English and have followed this case somewhat closely. Bragg is obviously beyond terrible but I cannot get over this judge. What a completely disgusting piece of shite he is.

I’m sorry but if you aren’t born in America you shouldn’t be allowed to judge Americans. All of these immigrants and foreigners put in positions of power will be this countries downfall.
They must all go back. Revoke all visas and reevaluate all non natural born citizens.

You say whatever you need to defend trump. The original post that I replied to blamed the media for not having cameras when in reality the media wanted cameras and Trump didn't want cameras. That's my entire point. You guys b**** and moan about every little thing and you'll argue either side as long as it defends Trump. You liked that boot like a good little soldier. Good for you.
