I was dead fricking wrong

People have credit cards and the talking box says the economy is not important

The real important things are trans rights and Drumpf’s arrest which is said to be imminent

It’s a small price to pay to stop mean tweets and get adults back in charge

Humans are creatures that generally need to be programmed. Who's programming the modern western person today?

I’m guessing the people who control 99% of schools and all of the media.

Hunger normally challenges this ideology but no one is going to be hungry courtesy of the American taxpayer and EBT cards

They cut covid food stamps, unemployment money better than working, they have to pay rent, mortgages now.

the projects don't care. wait until the projects get replaced with illegals?

Wait until all the brown or black people only need apply-- getting zero down homes get their first real payment due?

Something is going on because I see Pizza Hut, many other places---- having one person show to work and struggle your take out order.

I am surprised as well.

I'm no OT baller but you would have to be very well off to not notice the increase in cost of living in the last two years. It's damn near like getting a 20% pay cut.

One would hope the minions would notice their lighter wallet sooner or later....

I’m no OT baller either. I make around $90K annually which a few years ago you would be living like a damn king in Louisiana.

Nowadays finances are extremely tight. I imagine the average liberal school teacher or coffee shop cashier is definitely feeling the pain of inflation, even if they don’t show it.

Dude, are you 25? Mencken was born in 1880.

quote:

1. Every election is a sort of advance auction sale of stolen goods.
4. Democracy is a pathetic belief in the collective wisdom of individual ignorance.
5. Democracy is also a form of worship. It is the worship of jackals by jackasses.
6. Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.
7.Every decent man is ashamed of the government he lives under.
8. If a politician found he had cannibals among his constituents, he would promise them missionaries for dinner.
10. The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.

It’s starting to take its toll. Go look at any Parish’s sheriff sale page and the EXPLOSION of foreclosures going on in the last few months. I’m licking my chops for the interest rate to drop a little so I can buy buy buy and turn around and rent them to the people that voted for Biden section 8 and make BANK. I wasn’t financially prepared in 08 and I missed it then. I’ve been waiting since then for it to happen again and here it comes. Under another democrat president but don’t tell the retards that.

$90k was a solid income prior to the illegitimate regime seizing power.

Same. They were selling high-rise condos in Miami Beach for $80K. Might as well been a half-million for me at the time. Couldn't afford it either way.

Stop automatically taking income tax out of paychecks and make them write a personal check to the IRS every month.

It's all gonna come to a tragic ending for a lot of Americans. Just a matter of time.

It's coming. As a CPA I see the inside before many. One big tell is the mortgage statements I see. You may think the family of 4.5 with the big new house, fancy new cars and multiple vacations per year are doing well, but then I see that they had several missed mortgage payments during the year. I suspect next year there will be an increase in 1099-C as well.
