2028 will be interesting. The Republican Party has a massive opportunity in front of it with the rise of the DSA. The right candidate can sell basic American conservative principles — freedom, capitalism, and limited government — to the vast squishy middle who wants nothing to do with socialism. MAGA is no longer the answer.
Nope
It's gonna be Vance who is a fiscal progressive
We badly need a "Javier Milei type" to emerge.

I wish he would stand strong on important items . Maybe he’ll do it after the midterms .

I am kinda tired of people who hang on every word President Trump speaks. You can twist yourself in knots if you do that. Just pay attention to what he DOES and give it some time. Tariffs and manufacturing decisions are an excellent example. I know speculation is a primary purpose of this board. Doing it based on results instead of pronouncements is more logical.

Looks a coordinated piss on Trump attack on this board today.
Funny how this happens every couple of weeks.
It’s definitely coordinated.
As for the GOP…they refuse to codify anything Trump has done thus far.
This tells you everything. They aren’t tied of him. They had a plan to wait him out while trying to appear as if they were on board with his platform.

You can’t say this. It’s not allowed. The moment you turn against Trump you become an idiot and a pussy. And somehow it becomes relevant that Kamala Harris would have been a disaster. Or somehow automatically it ca be assumed that you voted for Biden or her.
These people are mentally broken. They are the equivalent of those particular ones on the other side that we all know about.

MAGA principles
Aside from tariffs and border control, MAGA principles were always whatever Trump decided that MAGA principles were on that particular days.
Tariffs and border patrol are the only core issues that Trump has ever been consistent on, going all the way back to the days when he was advocating for gay rights and raising money for Democrats.

Why won’t they pass the Save America Act when it’s more than an 80/20 issue? Probably closer to 90/10.
The GOP and Democrats should be all over this with its bipartisan support.
They sure passed that pork loaded housing bill quickly with a majority on both sides voting for it.
I’m not brainwashed. Congress’ actions are speaking for itself.

Definitely the same caliber of sheep. Just different political views and personal experiences.

It’s getting bad, he cries like no other. A prime example of a clown who claims he voted for Trump 3x

I'd rather that they'd have shown grit, and fought for the full flavor SAVE act.

You're right but pronouncements are a big part of the experience.

He’s actually the epitome of the guy who really has nothing to say, but feels like he has to yap anyway.
